Section -13 of Transfer of Property, 1882 talks about
𝗧π—₯π—”π—‘π—¦π—™π—˜π—₯ 𝗙𝗒π—₯ π—•π—˜π—‘π—˜π—™π—œπ—§ 𝗒𝗙 𝗨𝗑𝗕𝗒π—₯𝗑 π—£π—˜π—₯𝗦𝗒𝗑/π—–π—›π—œπ—Ÿπ——
It means an interst in the transfer of property is created for the benefits of an unborn child who has not born yet at the date if property which is subject to a prior interest which is created by the same transfer and will not take effect unless it extends to whole of the remaining interest of transferor in the property.
