Ban of speaker use at private or public places such as religion or any other such places by Punjab & Haryana High Court, without the permission of authorities even during the day time an the level of noise shall not increase to 10dB(A) as directed by the court.
According to ke it is a good move as it will help in minimizing noise pollution level in cities.
