Article -370 of Indian Constitution which talks about the temporary or giving special provisions to the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
Today(5th August’2019) Amit Shah Home Minister of India introduced a bill containing the provisions of removal of Article-370 of Constitution . Government also proposed a bill seeking for the Reorganization of State of Jammu and Kashmir making Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Union Territories.
Scrapping the special status given to the State of Jammu & Kashmir given to them more than a decades ago.
