Article-14 of Constitution talks about Equality before law
Which means every citizen is equal in the eyes of law irrespective of caste, color, creed, race , etc and state shall not deny any person or citizen of country equal protection of law or equality before law within the territory of India.

Section -13 of Transfer of Property, 1882 talks about
𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡/𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗
It means an interst in the transfer of property is created for the benefits of an unborn child who has not born yet at the date if property which is subject to a prior interest which is created by the same transfer and will not take effect unless it extends to whole of the remaining interest of transferor in the property.

Bombay High Court recently passed a judgment saying that if the children illiterates their parents then the parents has a right to take back their property earlier given to their children.
